Should you wish to speak with a support agent, use the Chat function at the bottom of the Help launcher. This will launch a chat that will connect you with a human agent.

 

Using the Give Feedback option will allow you to take a screenshot or record a brief clip of the issue you're having to send it to our support team, to be reviewed by an agent who will reach out at soonest opportunity.

Remember to always include your Store ID so that our agents can identify which store is reporting the problem!
