Sales reports

The Sales reports page displays a list of available sales reports. Each report is accompanied by a description of what the report is for:

Menu category sales analysis - Promote the sale of items from certain categories. EG: See what percentage of sales have drinks on them. Group this information a number of ways to see performance by cashier or during happy hour.

Product sales - Track sales of menu items. Group sales of menu items by day, by cashier, by hour and many other groupings. See which items are your top sellers in each category.

Sales - Shows your Gross Sales, Discounts, Net Sales, Delivery Charges and Turnover. These figures can be grouped in a number of ways such as by hour, by day of week, by cashier, by sales channel and many more.

Upsells - See which menu items are generating extra sales in the form of upsizes. See which extras are the most popular. See how various product customisations increase sales.
