Operational reports

The Forecast reports page displays a list of available operational reports. These a variety of reports that detail different operations in the store. Each report is accompanied by a description of what the report is for:

• Activity log - Check who is authorising and performing controlled activities on your POS. Group by activity or by person.
• Cashier performance - Monitor and compare your cashiers and waiters performances across many metrics such as sales, discounts, voids, average basket size and menu items sold.
• Invoice audit - Supply any invoice number and see all the information known about that sale. The report can also be dynamically generated by clicking on an invoice number from any other report.
• Kitchen speed - Monitor the times of various invoices and items through the kitchen using the kitchen display systems.
• Time and attendance - You can view the start time, end time, and total hours worked. You can group this information either by employee or by day.
