Customer reports

The Customer reports page displays a list of available customer-focused reports. Each report is accompanied by a description of what the report is for:

Customer insights - Shows your top 25 customers by number of orders and sales value, 50 largest customer orders between two dates as well as the likelihood of placing an order this week.

Customer list - List all customers names, phone numbers and email addresses along with their customer age, lifetime number of orders placed and value ordered, customer ranking percentile, lapsed customers and more.

Customer retention - See how well you are retaining your customers using a graphs that show growth of new customers and regular customers over time. Also see a cohort heatmap showing new vs returning customers, and customer churn for the past 6 months.

Deliveries by suburb - Show your orders, average delivery distance and delivery charges, grouped by suburb.

Individual customer - Enter any customers phone number to find all their order history and information about that customer. This report can also be opened from any other report by clicking on a customer phone number in that report.
