# How to contact Cosoft

Should you wish to speak with a support agent, use the **Chat** function at the bottom of the Help launcher. This will launch a chat that will connect you with a human agent.

Using the **Give Feedback** option will allow you to take a screenshot or record a brief clip of the issue you're having to send it to our support team, to be reviewed by an agent who will reach out at soonest opportunity.
